MSc. Clinical Neuropsychology

My professional path has been guided by the desire to understand our psychological reality in depth and to be with people who need a guide to accompany them on their therapeutic journey.

My training in Applied Neuropsychology at the University of Bristol, UK, and my experience in the NHS and Virgin Care, have shaped my individualized style of work as a psychologist. This is the result of a harmonious blend of scientific literature that attests to the validity of the information and techniques used, as well as the way in which they are delivered: with empathy, warmth, authenticity, and connection to the person in front of me.

"The greatest discovery of our time is that people can change their lives by changing their mental attitude."

William James

Our world is limited by the perspective we have on what happens to us.

During therapy sessions, the goal is to stop for a moment the automatic way we have become accustomed to navigating our daily lives and make space to connect with our bodies, with the emotions and states that often accompany us without being identified. In my experience, I have learned that through therapy we have the chance to create and assign a conscious meaning to our life story, to navigate the difficulties that accompany our existence and to find ourselves and reconnect with our inner self. In order to form authentic relationships with others we need to first connect with ourselves. Therapy sessions offer the opportunity to explore our own individuality in an environment of safety and trust.
